Orientation and Conference Housing

Orientation Housing Registration

  • If you are a student reserving early Orientation Housing, use the same email address and password that you used for your 24-25 housing application.
  • If you are a parent reserving Orientation Housing, please register for a new account and use your own personal email address.
  • PLEASE NOTE: the name on the account that creates the reservation must match the name of the person checking in. Early Arrival and Late Stay reservations must be created by logging in to the student's account using the student's email and password. Student reservations created under a parent's account cannot be transferred and will be canceled. Additionally, a parent/family reservation created under a student's account will also be canceled.

Conference and Event Housing Registration

Login instructions for NEW guests:

  1. Click “Register” in the top left.
  2. Complete the personal information including a password
  3. Click “Stay on Campus” in the top left corner

Login instructions for RETURNING guests:

  • Click “Log In” in the top right.
  • Enter your email address and password then select “Register Here”.
  • If you do not remember your password, leave the password field blank and select “Forgotten Password”.
  • Once you have successfully logged in, Start with step 3 in the instructions above for “New Guests”.
